  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Drizzle over the steak.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds depth to the seasoning.

Preparation

  • Place the cubed steak in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the top.
  • Toss everything together to ensure each piece is well coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Air fry the steak bites for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Keep an eye on them to prevent overcooking.

Serving

  • Once done, remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, store any leftovers in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes for optimal texture.
