  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnish
  • 1 1 lemon, sliced (for serving)

Preparation

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this seasoning mix over the salmon fillets.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes until opaque and easily flakes with a fork.

Serving

  • Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve with fresh lemon slices and garnish with herbs.

Notes

Store any uneaten salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, use the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 4-5 minutes.
