  • Begin by melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Once the butter is bubbly, add the corn kernels to the skillet. Stir well to coat them in the butter.
  • Drizzle the honey over the corn, mixing thoroughly to combine all the flavors.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sauté the corn for about 5-7 minutes until it softens.
  • Every couple of minutes, give it a good stir to ensure even coating and prevent sticking.
  • Once the corn is tender and glistening, remove the skillet from heat.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the skillet over medium heat, adding butter if needed.
