Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 cup gra cracker cbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed cookies for garnish

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix the gra cracker cbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of each cup or a muffin tin to form the crust. Set aside to firm up.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • Spoon the cheesecake filling over the prepared crusts in each cup, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
  • Place the filled cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the cheesecake to firm up.

Serving

  • Once set, top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed cookies for a beautiful garnish. Enjoy!
