  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Fresh Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk until evenly distributed.
  • Fold in the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and chopped basil.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil until well combined.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined.
  • Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.

Baking

  • Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
