These easy no-bake Butterfinger Caramel Bars are a delicious treat combining a crispy graham cracker base, creamy peanut butter, chewy caramel, and crunchy Butterfinger candy.

Ingredients
  

For the base

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed For topping
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Optional for drizzling on top

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
  • In a new bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread this mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  • Pour the caramel sauce over your peanut butter layer and smooth it out evenly across the surface. Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger bars on top.
  • If using, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the Butterfinger layer.
  • Place your baking pan in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for about 2 hours, or until set.
  • Once set, remove from the refrigerator and slice into squares. Serve chilled.

Notes

For variations, you can use almond butter for a different flavor. Be sure to store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
