  • 2 shots Espresso Freshly brewed.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Adjust according to sweetness preference.
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Milk To taste.
  • 1 glass Ice Enough to fill your glass.

Optional Toppings

  • Whipped cream For topping.
  • Cinnamon For sprinkling.
  • Vanilla extract For extra flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brew 2 shots of fresh espresso or strong coffee.
  • While the espresso is still hot, stir in the brown sugar until fully dissolved.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and pour the sweetened espresso over the ice. Seal the shaker tightly.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to cool and froth the espresso.
  • Fill a cup with ice and pour the shaken espresso over the top.
  • Add desired amount of milk to create your preferred balance.
  • Garnish with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

Notes

For best results, use fresh espresso and chill your glass beforehand. Enjoy the drink fresh, and refrigerate any leftover brewed espresso for up to 2 days.
