Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 2 pieces Honeycrisp apples, cored and sliced Cored and thinly sliced.
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup mixed greens or spinach Washed and dried.
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped Toast for extra crunch if desired.

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed if possible.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the mixed greens thoroughly and dry with a salad spinner or paper towels. Add to a large salad bowl.
  • Core the Honeycrisp apples and cut them into thin slices.
  • Add the apple slices and chopped walnuts to the salad bowl.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese generously over the top.

Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Assembly

  • Drizzle the prepared honey-lemon dressing over the salad, tossing gently but thoroughly.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest flavor!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Keep the dressing separate if preparing ahead to maintain crisp texture.
