  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Enhances the umami flavor.

  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs (around 1-2 inches in diameter) and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey and soy sauce. Once the meatballs are cooked through, pour the sauce over them and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serving

  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish, and serve immediately.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
