  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add sausage slices and sauté until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Toss in the broccoli florets, stirring occasionally. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender but still vibrant in color.
  • Next, add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour your honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and sausage mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately, savoring the delightful aroma, color, and heavenly flavors!

Notes

This dish pairs beautifully with jasmine rice or quinoa. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
