  • Start by popping your popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stovetop. If using a stovetop, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a large pot, then add the kernels and cover. Shake occasionally until popping slows.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in the honey and ground cinnamon until combined. Remove from heat.
