  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk (or preferred milk alternative) Try almond, coconut, or oat milk as alternatives.
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener of choice Honey or agave syrup can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Adjust to taste.
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Stir until well-mixed.
  • Once it’s warmed up (but not boiling), stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
  • Continue to heat gently for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is warmed through and well-blended.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or spices as needed.
  • Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly, then pour the mixture into a glass jar or container and refrigerate.
  • Shake well before each use and pour into your coffee.

Notes

Store the creamer in an airtight container and enjoy within a week for the best flavor. Shake well before use.
