Homemade Chocolate-Covered Ice Cream

- 500 ml whipping cream
- 400 ml condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 g dark or milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or cocoa butter

Mix the condensed milk with the vanilla extract.
Fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream.
Pour into a mold and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler.
