  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or salt to your preference. If you want more saltiness, feel free to add a bit more of the salted caramel sauce or a sprinkle of sea salt.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container. Spread it evenly and secure the lid or cover it with plastic wrap.
  • Place the container in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the ice cream reaches a firm but scoopable consistency.
  • Once the ice cream is ready, scoop it into bowls and serve with optional toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or extra caramel sauce.

Notes

For a silky smooth texture, use a high-speed blender. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness, and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if it hardens too much.
