Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness) Adjust based on desired sweetness
  • 1/4 cup granola or mini chocolate chips (for topping) Choose based on preference
  • 1 set Silicone molds or ice cube trays For shaping the bites

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, add honey or maple syrup and mix again until incorporated.
  • Take your silicone molds or ice cube trays and spoon the peanut butter Greek yogurt mixture into each section. Leave a little space at the top to allow for expansion while freezing.
  • Sprinkle granola or mini chocolate chips on top of each filled mold for added texture and flavor.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and let them sit for at least 3 to 4 hours until firm.
  • Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and store them in a ziplock bag or a container in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes

Customize with different nut butters or toppings like shredded coconut or cinnamon for added flavor. Ensure the yogurt bites are fully frozen before removing from molds.
