Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Cut the banana into smaller chunks for easier blending.

Blending

  • In a blender, add frozen dragon fruit, banana, almond milk, and Greek yogurt.
  • Drizzle in honey (or maple syrup) for sweetness.
  • Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or creaminess with more honey or yogurt as desired.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass.

Notes

For optimal creaminess, use frozen fruit but fresh works too with added ice. Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container for up to a month.
