Preparation

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated, along with any optional seasonings if desired.

Cooking

  • Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for crispiness; if not golden, give them a few more minutes.

Serving

  • Remove the gnocchi from the air fryer and serve them warm, topped with your favorite herbs or a sprinkle of cheese.

Notes

Don't crowd the basket for optimal crispiness. Experiment with different seasonings to elevate the flavor. Keep an eye on the gnocchi during the last few minutes to prevent overcooking.
