Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
Slice the Rolls
Without separating the rolls, cut them in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
Add the Garlic Butter
Brush the garlic butter generously over the cut sides of the rolls. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it evenly over the buttered surface.
Reassemble and Bake
Place the top layer of rolls back on the bottom half and brush the remaining garlic butter over the tops.
Wrap the rolls in foil and place them in a baking dish or directly on a baking sheet.
Bake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 15 minutes. For a crispy top, uncover the rolls during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Serve Warm
Remove from the oven, separate the rolls, and serve warm.
