  • 1 cup breadcbs Preferably whole wheat.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds flavor and richness.
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley Fresh parsley for flavor.
  • 1 large egg Helps bind the mixture together.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper To taste.

Cranberry Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Preferably homemade or a good quality store-bought.
  • 2 tablespoons honey For sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon mustard Dijon or yellow.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce To enhance flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  • In a small saucepan, whisk together cranberry sauce, honey, mustard, and soy sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, drizzle the cranberry glaze over them and toss gently to coat.
  • Return the meatballs to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm, topped with extra parsley or cranberry glaze.

Notes

Swap breadcbs for gluten-free options as needed. If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcbs as necessary. Ensure meatballs are uniform in size for even cooking.
