  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine the meat mixture with the cooked pasta and pour it into a greased baking dish.
  • Top everything with shredded cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve Hamburger Supreme Casserole hot from the oven. It pairs well with garlic bread or a side salad. To store leftovers, let it cool completely, then cover and refrigerate for 3-4 days, or freeze in an airtight container for 2-3 months.
