Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Once it’s cooked through, drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top, and if desired, add breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for a crispy topping.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
