  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or frozen shrimp can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 2-3 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and chopped Adjust based on preference.
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large tortilla wraps (flour or whole wheat)
  • to taste none grated Parmesan cheese (optional) For added flavor.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure that the shrimp are well-coated in the seasoning.
  • While the shrimp are marinating, prepare the romaine lettuce leaves by chopping them into bite-sized pieces and placing them in a large mixing bowl.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are opaque.

Assembly

  • Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the chopped romaine and toss until every leaf is evenly coated.
  • To assemble, lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a generous portion of the dressed lettuce, followed by the grilled shrimp. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom, creating a neat wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Serving

  • Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.

Notes

To ensure perfect wraps every time, avoid overcooking the shrimp and feel free to experiment with the dressing. You can also grill the shrimp and prep the lettuce in advance for quick assembly.
