Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat that on the stove.
  • Rinse the asparagus under cold water and pat them dry. Trim the woody ends by snapping them off or using a knife.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well-coated.

Grilling

  • Place the asparagus on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and marked.
  • Once grilled, transfer the asparagus to a serving platter. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.

Notes
