Ingredients

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Optional

  • Olive oil (for brushing) Use for extra flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Gradually add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt to the flour mixture. Use a spoon or your hands to combine until it forms a sticky dough. If it’s too sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour.
  • Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Roll out the dough to your desired thickness using a rolling pin.
  • If desired, transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a pizza stone. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.

Baking

  • Add your favorite pizza toppings and slide it into the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Once baked, remove your pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, consider using whole wheat flour. You can also infuse the dough with herbs or garlic powder for extra flavor.
