This Gordon Ramsay steak marinade is a fantastic way to add flavor to your steak. It combines the rich taste of balsamic vinegar with the savory notes of soy sauce and the smoothness of olive oil. Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces steak
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  • Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the steak is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil if needed.
  • Remove the steak from the marinade and sear it in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
