  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect golden crust.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  • Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink, then remove from heat.
  • In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, half the Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Add the shrimp mixture into the bowl and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the shrimp mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the shrimp.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overcook the shrimp as they will continue cooking in the oven. Experiment with different cheeses for added flavor.
