Garlic Pizza Sauce

Garlic Pizza Sauce is a quick and simple way to add rich flavor to your pizzas. Unlike store-bought sauces, this homemade version uses fresh ingredients and gives you control over the taste. Plus, it’s versatile enough to be used as a dipping sauce for breadsticks or a drizzle for pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure there are no lumps.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Add the black pepper, salt, oregano, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir until the sauce thickens and is smooth.
  • Use it as a pizza sauce or for dipping.
