Garlic Pizza Sauce

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure there are no lumps.
