  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Garlic Butter

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the package of refrigerated biscuits and separate them into individual pieces.
  • Flatten a biscuit piece in your hand and place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese and pinch to seal completely. Roll it into a ball.
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture and place them on a lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
