  • Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika if desired.
  • Sear the Chicken:
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
  • Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
  • Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the chicken broth and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes to slightly reduce.
