  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 3 cups vegetable oil for frying

  • To get the chicken wings ready, put them in a bowl and sprinkle blackening seasoning on top of them.Toss the wings to ensure that they are evenly coated. Next, cover the bowl and refrigerate the wings for 30 minutes.
  • Blend together eggs, milk, and hot sauce in a separate bowl using a whisk until fully combined.
  • Combine cornstarch, flour, and seasoning salt in a shallow bowl.
  • Following the dip in the egg/milk wash, apply a coating of seasoned flour onto the chicken wings.
  • To reach a temperature of 350 degrees, heat 2 inches of oil in a heavy-duty pan over medium-high heat.Then, in batches, fry the chicken until it turns golden brown and cooks through, which should take around 5-7 minutes
  • After frying, transfer the chicken wings to a plate lined with paper towels. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
