Preparation

  • Wash the peaches thoroughly, slice them in half to pit, then cut them into wedges.
  • On a large serving plate, place the burrata cheese in the center and gently pull it apart to expose the creamy interior.
  • Surround the burrata with the sliced peaches, fanning them out artistically.
  • Tear the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them generously over the salad.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the whole dish, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the salad fresh.

Notes

Store leftovers for a day in the refrigerator, keeping components separate in an airtight container. Serve chilled without reheating.
