  • 8 ounces Goat Cheese crbled
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • Balsamic Glaze to drizzle
  • 1 loaf French Baguette or Ciabatta sliced
  • Olive Oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the sliced bread on a baking sheet, then brush one side with a little olive oil.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and toast the bread for about 5-7 minutes, or until it's crispy and lightly golden.
  • While the bread is toasting, combine the diced peaches, crbled goat cheese, and chopped basil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Once the bread is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a moment. Top each slice generously with the peach mixture.
  • Finish by drizzling balsamic glaze over the top and serve immediately.
