Ingredients
  

For the wraps

  • 4 whole whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) for a healthier option
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Lay out your whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) on each tortilla.
  • On each tortilla, layer slices of turkey, a handful of chopped romaine lettuce, slices of tomato, and avocado.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on the top of the fillings.
  • Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go to prevent any fillings from spilling out.
