  • Once the onions are caramelized, sprinkle in the flour and mix for about a minute. Gradually add the broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add the dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Let it thicken for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly. Incorporate the shredded cheese, allowing it to melt into the dish for a creamy texture.

Notes
