  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with blue cheese dressing.
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Save half for topping.
  • Chopped green onions For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, Frank’s Red Hot sauce, and ranch dressing.
  • Mix until everything is nicely blended.
  • Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or pretzel bites. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
