Preparation

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  • Place white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, typically taking about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Taste for sweetness.
  • Carefully stir in the pink food coloring until you achieve your desired shade, mixing well to ensure the color is evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula, and add any optional toppings immediately.
  • Place the fudge in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares before serving.

Notes

Store your fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. It also freezes well for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight for best texture.
