  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped (optional) Skip if nut-free

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined to create the base.
  • Evenly spread the graham cracker mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly.

Layering and Baking

  • Layer the sweetened shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips over the base.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire mixture.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Cooling and Serving

  • Once baked, let it cool completely in the dish.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds if needed.
