  • Cut the watermelon into cubes, ensuring you’re using seedless watermelon for a smooth sorbet texture.
  • Place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor. Add the sugar and fresh lime juice. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Taste the mixture and add more sugar if you want it sweeter.
  • Transfer the blended mixture to a shallow container and spread it out evenly. Cover and freeze for about 1 hour.
  • Once frozen, scrape the surface with a fork to create fluffy ice crystals. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

For a delightful experience, serve with summer fruit salad or granola. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week; let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving if too hard.
