  • 1 package 1 package (1 lb) of refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ cup ½ cup cream cheese (or your favorite cheese) can substitute with other soft cheeses
  • ½ cup ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) choose your cheese preference
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional toppings: Everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, or herbs Customize as desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately ¼ inch thick.
  • Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into bite-sized squares (about 2x2 inches).
  • Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and a sprinkle of shredded cheese into the center of each square.
  • Fold the corners of the dough squares towards the center, pinching the seams to seal the filling inside securely.
  • Place the stuffed bites seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • If desired, brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, or your choice of seasoning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  • Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
