  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Use any favorite type of yogurt.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped Make sure strawberries are fresh.
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan option) Use maple syrup for a vegan treat.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • Hull and chop the fresh strawberries into small pieces. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
  • Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  • Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, dollop the yogurt mixture onto the prepared tray, forming bite-sized mounds.
  • Freeze the tray for about 2 to 3 hours until the yogurt bites are completely solid.
  • Once frozen, enjoy them right away or transfer to an airtight container for later.

Notes

Can swap Greek yogurt for any of your favorite yogurt types. These strawberries are best right from the freezer, suitable for quick-snack enjoyment.
