  • 1 cup coconut milk Can substitute with almond milk or regular milk.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to begin.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more coconut milk.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
  • Scoop into serving bowls or cones and enjoy immediately for the best texture.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the freezer for about a week. Allow to sit at room temperature to soften before serving or re-blend if necessary.
