  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or any nut butter Almond or sunflower seed butter can be used as substitutes
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Choose a low-fat option for fewer calories
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries Ensure strawberries are well-drained
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder. Stir them together until they are evenly incorporated.
  • Add in the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix everything together using a spatula or your hands until it forms a sticky mixture.
  • Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, ensuring they are well distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  • Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm them up, then enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week, or keep in the freezer for up to a month for easy snacking. Let defrost before eating.
