Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened Best at room temperature
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg Best at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows gently into the dough.
  • Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, use room-temperature ingredients. Chill the dough if you prefer thicker cookies. Experiment with chocolate types or add nuts for a crunch.
