Preparation

  • Allow the melted chocolate mixture to cool for a minute, then whisk in the egg, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the flour and salt gently until just incorporated.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekin, filling it no more than three-quarters full.

Baking
