  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in short intervals in the microwave, stirring frequently.
