Meat and Veggies

  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Garnish

Preparation

  • Begin by cubing your cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed cheese, sliced salami, and pickles.

Making the Marinade

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the marinade over the cheese mixture and toss everything until evenly coated.

Marination

  • Allow the mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen, but texture may change upon thawing.
