Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, add the softened unsalted butter.
  • Mince the garlic cloves finely.
  • Add minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper to the bowl of butter.
  • Mix all ingredients with a fork or a spatula until well-combined into a smooth paste.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust with more salt or herbs as necessary.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
  • Store in the refrigerator for immediate use or for later use.

Notes

This spread can last up to two weeks in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze in small portions for up to three months.
