Chicken Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken cutlets Ensure they are Halal-friendly.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces lemons (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste none salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the chicken cutlets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
  • Add the chicken cutlets to the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Allow marinating for about 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the marinated chicken cutlets on it. Grill for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • After grilling, allow the chicken cutlets to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the grill; cook in batches if necessary. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
