Pasta and Sauce Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or your favorite type)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (preferably marinara)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Start by boiling a large pot of salted water and cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
  • Toss in the red pepper flakes and mix well to combine.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and tomato sauce. Stir well until you achieve a smooth consistency. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Combining and Finishing

  • Add the drained pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add some reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and integrated into the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired, and enjoy your creamy bowl of Easy Gigi Hadid Pasta!

Notes

Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your spice preference. You can swap the heavy cream for half-and-half for a lighter dish. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
