  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure they roast rather than steam.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the shrimp to the buttery garlic mixture. Toss until they are thoroughly coated.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the shrimp, ensuring each piece is well covered.
  • Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place in the oven and roast for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

For storaging, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave. You can freeze uncooked shrimp for up to three months.
